DAVID A. F. ELLIS is a Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from The University of Toronto Medical School and completed his residency training in Otolaryngology at the University of Toronto. Immediately following this residency, Dr. Ellis took a post-residency fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Ellis was previously President of the Canadian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, Canadian Vice President of The American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reco. Canada. He graduated from The University of Toronto Medical School and completed his residency training in Otolaryngology at the University of Toronto.
